This month is full of celebrations! Happy Birthday to Howie on the 3rd, Aviana on the 8th, Laura on the 10th, and Calvin on the 31st! Congrats to Kyle and Joy on 8 years of beautiful marriage on July 11th!

Hey Y'all -

Just wanted to remind you to sign up for Sunago! The instructions are in the posts below. The more I look at it the more I think it will take the place of the blog. It allows us to email everyone at once, post discussions, and has a forum to place needs as well as list our availability to meet th needs of others. I think its pretty solid.

James Bond and Social Networking

Hey Everyone. Imago has recently migrated to a brand new site (called Sunago) to compile a database and to ease the sharing of needs, information, talents, etc... And our HC has its own page. Now, what we need is for you to join it. Below are the very cryptic instructions for obtaining a user id for the site. Howie said he felt a little like James Bond when he sent his request in. I must say I have always thought of Howie as a sort of 007.

Summer Baptism

Imago is having a baptism this summer at Rooster Rock Park. If you haven't been baptized, please consider this as a monumental step in your faith journey. Last summer, it was such an awesome experience watching many people get baptized in the river and share their stories. If you have any questions about baptism, why it's important, what it means, etc., feel free to ask me or any of the hc leadership. Prayer Tonight

We just wanted to remind everyone that tonight is our monthly prayer meeting at Evangel. It begins at 7pm and will continue on every last Wed of the month. Hope to see you there.

Prayer

Hey Everyone,

Just wanted to ask for prayer for Joy and me and for Joy's family this week. Sunday we had to hop a flight to Las Vegas, because Joy's sister Glory is having some serious mental struggles. We fly back home tonight and feel she is in a good hospital with a good plan, but its been incredibly stressful and taken a lot out of everyone.

Thanks for the prayers - we will keep you updated.

BBQ at the Costellos

We will not be having group this upcoming Sunday the 14th, BUT we will be having everyone over to our house this Sat the 13th, starting around 4:30pm for a bbq! Bring your choice of meat or veggies to grill and a side dish to share! Please let us know if you'll make it so we can plan accordingly! Looking forward to our first bbq of the year with everyone!!!

June 10th is Levi's Bday, June 14th is Emily and Jeremy's Anniversary, and June 19th is Joy's Bday! LET'S CELEBRATE!!!!!!

- There is a required Orientation. Choose one of these 4 Orientation times:

Tuesday, June 16 at 6pm,

Wednesday, June 17 at 6pm,

Friday, June 19 at 6 or 7:30pm.

All Orientations will be held at Woodmere Elementary (the location of the clinic, at 79th and SE Duke). At this Orientation you will learn, where to check in upon arrival, what responsibilities you are needed to perform and where, you'll see a lay out of the school, and get your t-shirt and lanyard.

- Please note that there are prayer walks planned on the Sundays of June at 3PM leading up to the clinic. Meet at the school.

Rose Parade

For those of you who don't know, the Rose Parade is tomorrow, Saturday the 6th. Our family will be at the corner of 3rd and Burnside in order to enjoy Portland and the parade. The parade starts at 10:00, but we will be down there starting at 8:30. The kids really love it, but it's also a nice opportunity to sit back and just enjoy the city. If you want join us shoot me an email so we will know to save extra room.
