whether you're into football or not, join us for a party on Sunday, February 1st. we'll be watching the game, the commercials and Bruce at halftime. there'll be plenty of room to watch the game, hang with friends, and let the kids play. bring a snack to share, or just show up and mooch off everyone else. we'll have the basics for pizzas (dough, sauce and cheese) so bring additional toppings!

Feel free to drive or if you want to use MAX, we'll pick you up. see directions.

If taking MAX: take the blue line to the end of the line (Cleveland Station) give us a call and we'll pick you up. Please let us know if you're coming via MAX so we can make as few trips as possible.

From the west:
take powell through gresham, past Fred Meyer, until it ends at SE 282nd.
turn right on SE 282nd.
drive 1/2 mile to SE Chase Rd.
Turn left on SE Chase Rd.
the second street on the right is SE Rosefinch.

From Hwy. 84
Exit Wood Village
turn right on 238th/242nd/Hogan (street changes names a couple of times, but keep going straight)
turn left on Burnside (if you stay in the left lane, you can't miss it).
turn left on Powell Valley Rd. (Fred Meyer)
When it ends (SE 282nd) turn right on SE 282nd.

SUPERBOWL SUNDAY SNACKS

Thought I'd start this post so that if you are bringing something to our superbowl party at Howie & Beth's next Sunday, you can comment below and tell us what you're bringing! The game starts at 3:20 so hope to see you all there. If you're too cool for the game, there will totally be a non-superbowl party in the other nicer, bigger room, with catered food and party favors...hahaha....just kidding. Maybe.

Last Night & Beyond!

I just wanted to thank Calvin & Michele for bringing by the snacks for us last night even when they weren't able to come to group themselves! You guys are awesome and very faithful! Also thanks to Ivan and Haley for fighting Luke & Luke II, starwars style in the kids room!

Prayer Request - UPDATE #3

Hey Guys - Could you pray for my Grandma and Grandpa. I just got a call that said they were in a roll over accident. The ambulance is on the scene and I don't have a lot of information. Thank you!

Update - I just talked with my Uncle who is with them at the hospital. My Grandma is pretty beat up and cut up but should be ok without surgery etc... My grandpa's neck is broken but he hasn't lost any feeling or use of his limbs, body, etc... They are gauging whether or not he will need surgery or alternative therapy to heal his neck. It is also possible that he has a punctured lung but not sure yet. Thanks for your prayers!

Final Update - Just talked to my dad who made it into the hospital. Both of my grandparents are stable now. My grandfather broke one vertebrae and my grandma broke two, but both were very slight fractures. They will both have to wear collars for two months but after that should be fine.
